TERMS OF OUR SERVICES
This text is part of the "TERMS" document and is completed with the "CONDITIONS" document, which must be signed by the representative in charge of the group and whose signature represents their agreement and acceptance of everything stated in both documents, including their supplements (if any). These documents will be duly provided by Biblical Trips in the same e-mail. If you do not receive them, you must immediately notify sales@biblicaltrips.agency and you will immediately receive another email with all the relevant documents.
Biblical Trips is responsible for the land tour package in Israel and in the corresponding countries contracted according to the case.
PRICES:
The price is based on a double room (except for the inclusion of triple rooms in a ratio of 10% with the total number of double rooms taken by the group).
* If you want a private room (single) you must pay an extra value (Single Supplement).
* "Free" or gift passengers will always be accommodated in double or triple rooms.
Biblical Trips is not responsible for conflicts with airlines or extra costs in hotels made on behalf of the tourist, or for any currency fluctuation. In the event of significant movements in exchange rates, it may be necessary to apply a foreign exchange surcharge from time to time.
The price is only guaranteed once all reservations have been paid.
DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
A. Biblical Trips has the right to require a deposit in advance of 25% of the total individual price per person who wants to register as a reservation of the selected tourism plan. The reservation will not be refundable and is accepted only with a copy of the passport of at least the group coordinator, in this way the accommodation, flights and other services will be reserved, and their prices preserved.
The payment method will be bank/wire transfer.
We do not accept Wester Union or similar money transfers. This is a commercial transaction not permitted by Israeli law. Eventually we accept payments with CC or PAYPAL but must be authorized in writing by Biblical Trips.
B. The tour must be paid in full 45 days before arrival in the destination country.
Biblical Trips will take only the date recorded in our bank in Israel and any delay or error caused by any of the intervening banks will never be the responsibility of Biblical Trips. All payments must be made directly to Biblical Trips via Bank/Wire Transfer or PayPal, (or CC by PayPal) as previously agreed between the parties.
Transferring money through Wester Union or similar is expressly prohibited by Israeli law for payment transactions of tourist activities.
The delay of the agreed payments will not entail an economic penalty only, but also puts at risk the continuity and security of the reservation process and planning of the tourist activity. Please strictly comply with the established payment schedule.
C. Refunds for cancellation for last minute cancellation cases (less than 45 days before the tourist activity) or during the tour, ONLY TAKING CANCELLATION INSURANCE with the first payment.
We can process the purchase of insurance for you, but it is an OPTIONAL SERVICE, and its cost is NOT part of the price of the tour. It is overpriced for bank taxes.
D. A full refund (of the amount paid) less the non-refundable deposit, will be made only in the event that the tour was canceled by Biblical Trips, due to internal or external matters to the company, whether due to disturbances, catastrophes or civil matters, declared by the state of Israel and that make travel impossible.
E. The expenses by bank transfer, of both parties will be payed by the client (shared charges are not accepted) must inform the bank at the time of making the deposit and will be detailed under the initials "OUR". In case of payment by credit card, check with the accounts department about extra charges at sales@biblicaltrips.agency
F. Tipping in Israel (and Middle Eastern countries) is mandatory. The organizer or group leader must collect in advance the sum of $10 per day (depending on the number of days of the tour) per person (minimum), which will be divided equally and kept in two envelopes that will be given to the guide and the driver in the presence of the entire group on the last day of the tour.
This amount is not part of the travel budget.
RESPONSIBILITY
Biblical Trips accepts no responsibility for losses, delays, additional expenses, and inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by a force majeure case or other events that are beyond our control or that cannot be prevented through reasonable due diligence on the part of our team.
Biblical Trips may, without prior notice and in exceptional cases, partially or totally modify the travel plan for security reasons or for climatic or other reasons, in order to guarantee the entire travel experience and/or the safety of the tourist.
MEDIA/ADVERTISING
The experience of the trip can be captured in photographs, videos, and audios by Biblical Trips.
In all cases, Biblical Trips reserves the right to use the material for promotional purposes.
INSURANCE
Travel insurance is the responsibility of the visitor (highly recommended for any destination to visit, but MANDATORY in Israel, as a condition of entry to the country) and must be arranged before arrival at the destination. If you decide to travel without insurance to destinations where insurance is not required as a condition of entry, you must sign a statement that exempts Biblical Trips from damages that you may have during your trip.

In the event that Biblical Trips carries out the purchase of the insurance policy on behalf of the tourist, this represents only a courtesy service and does not compromise the effectiveness or operation of the contracted insurance. In case of loss, Biblical Trips is not obliged to
carry out any management in front of the insurance company. Eventually you may, as a courtesy service, make some queries and/or steps that Biblical Trips considers necessary and appropriate to make the process easier for the client.

CONDITIONS OF OUR SERVICES
The price of our tourist services required by groups and/or individuals is quoted in American Dollars $US and must be paid with the following payment scheme:
Reserve LAND PACKAGE: $100
Reserve AIR PACKAGE: $100
Only with full payment of reservations for at least 20 passengers, a group for all purposes. Likewise, reservations will be confirmed according to price and dates chosen in the BUDGET document relevant to the group and duly signed by the person in charge of it.
Flight reservations will also be confirmed (only if pertinent) according to the price agreed in the aforementioned budget.
The rest of the price of the land package + air package must be canceled with the
following scheme (except credit card payments):
1st ADVANCE PAYMENT: 180 days before arrival in Israel, 33%
2º ADVANCE PAYMENT: 90 days before arrival in Israel, 33%
FINAL PAYMENT: 45 days before arrival in Israel, remaining amount.
MEANS OF PAYMENT AND CONDITIONS

The tour must be paid in full 45 days before arrival in the country of destination according to to clause B of the title DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS of the Terms section.

Unless a single payment is made for the entire package for the entire group, each payment made will be subject to a $30 surcharge.

Passengers who join the group late must complete the payments made by all at the time of their incorporation.

Cash payments are not accepted upon arrival in the country of destination.

All payments can be made by any of the following means (except the payment of the mandatory tips that must be made according to point F of the document Terms):
a. Bank transfers, all costs for transfers (bank fees of the issuing bank, the receiving
bank and the intermediary bank/s) must be paid by the passenger.
b. The passenger must ensure that Biblical Trips receives in full the final amount of
the tourist package contracted, printed in the “Budget” document, which is an
integral part of this contract. Completing the payment in cash won’t be possible,
not during nor after the date established for the beginning of the contracted tourist
activity.
c. No payment can be made by money transfer such as, Moneygram style or
Western Union or similar since it is expressly prohibited by the laws of Israel for
the payments of the tourist activity.
d. All payment processes must be processed by email sales@biblicaltripas.agency
and. Any request, clarification or claim on payments as well as the claim of
payment proformas or invoices must be processed by email sales@biblicaltrips.agency
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR ALL EXPERIENCES AND TOURIST PACKAGES
Notes and clarifications:
The quoted rates are subject to change without prior notice until the time of payment of the reservation, depending on the availability of the requested services, rate updates, tax updates, changes in operations or the decision of the providers.
Once the reservations have been made, paid and confirmed by us, the price agreed and written in the attached document and part of it, called "Budget" is invariable until the end of the experience.
The objective of the tourist activity can be affected, for example, by climatic factors or catastrophes. Biblical Trips is not responsible for the result of these or any other external factors. In any case, we will do everything possible to solve any eventual and unexpected inconvenience, for the benefit of the client and the realization of his experience.
The schedules agreed and informed in each of our packages must be respected in order to provide a better service. Biblical Trips is not responsible for the lateness of travelers and will not issue refunds or compensation for this reason.
Neither will refund or compensation be made for delays, losses or problems arising from the personal activities of the traveler outside the contracted experience.
Cancellation policies are common and general for each of the experiences we offer at Biblical Trips. Even so, each of our experiences may have different cancellation policies depending on their characteristics. Travelers will always be informed in advance of any changes to these policies.
Biblical Trips reserves the right to modify the travel itinerary or activity, only if it is essential, for a better service and organization for the benefit of the contracted activity or for security.
Biblical Trips will not be responsible for delays, advances, or cancellations in the itineraries of
airlines or companies outside our control. Either way, we are always willing and ready to manage the best solution for a seamless experience together.
Claims based on personal assumptions will not be accepted. If any phrase, point, or description lends itself to a double or confusing interpretation, it will be the obligation of the purchaser of the
service, package, or experience request the corresponding clarification, which we will gladly do.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation will be processed by the passenger against the contracted travel insurance with cancellation.
Biblical Trips will not refund the amount of the tour package claimed less than 45 days before the start of the tour. Any claim for cancellation before 45 days of starting the tour must be channeled through sales@biblicaltrips.ageny only.
The penalty for cancellation of the tour, by the traveler, 60 days before the start of the tour will be 50% of the total price of the package. Any cancellation before 45 days from the beginning of the tourist activity will generate an administrative expense for 30% of the total value of the contracted services, in addition to the penalty corresponding assigned by the provider, if applicable. If the amount is used for the purchase of another activity, Biblical Trips will forgive the percentage corresponding to the administrative expenses, leaving only the penalty assigned by the corresponding provider, if any.
The penalty for cancellation of the tour, by the traveler, 30 days before the start of the tour onwards will be 100% of the total price of the package. The purchase by the client of travel and cancellation insurance is highly advisable.
Any refund made by Biblical Trips will be made in accordance with the conditions of this Conditions document and in combination with the Cancellation Insurance company that the passenger has purchased. Biblical Trips will not refund all or part of the amount paid by the passenger in the event that the passenger has initiated refund procedures with the Cancellation Insurance company.
REFOUND
If the providers of the contracted services could not provide them, partially or totally due to force majeure or fortuitous event, Biblical Trips will only complete the return claim on behalf of the client and will be limited to the reimbursement of the amount that proceeds and that has been returned by the providers, excluding any other commitment.
When Biblical Trips is the one who cancels a trip or excursion of any nature for reasons beyond the client, the company will be obliged but limited to refund all reservations and/or payments made by the customer.
In case of cancellation by the client, the refund applied will be calculated in accordance with the Cancellation Policies.
The fact that the client delivers a reservation advance and / or payment for the chosen service implies their acceptance of the conditions and responsibilities specified in this document of Conditions and in the other complementary and instructive documents that Biblical Trips may send and that act as a supplement to this document.
