ITS OFFICIAL:
MANDATORY ETA
Starting August 2024, an electronic authorization will be required to board a flight to Israel. The process is simple, inexpensive, and with immediate accreditation. Of course, we'll explain the steps here to make this whole bureaucratic process even easier for you.

ETA-IL
ATTENTION: Visitors from countries requiring a visa to travel to Israel must still obtain one as before. The new rule also does not apply to Israeli citizens or holders of Israeli ID numbers.
New Entry Rules for Visitors Without a Visa
Starting in August 2024, traveling to Israel will be easier and more exciting than ever. Visitors from visa-exempt countries will only need to obtain an ETA-IL (Electronic Travel Authorization) to enjoy everything this fascinating country has to offer.
With an ETA-IL, you can explore Israel for up to 90 days per visit.
Advantages of ETA-IL:
-
Extended Validity: The ETA-IL is valid for two years and allows multiple entries of up to 90 days each. If you wish to stay longer than 90 days in a single visit, you can easily request an extension.
-
Quick and Easy Application: Submit your application at any time before your trip, although we recommend doing so at least 72 hours before arranging other details, such as tickets and accommodations. The application is quick and easy online through this link: Get ETA-IL.
-
Fast Response: You will receive a response within 24 to 72 hours, and in some cases, within minutes.
-
Exclusive Pilot Program: Starting June 1, 2024, we will launch an exclusive pilot program for U.S. and German citizens. During this phase, applying for an ETA-IL will be voluntary and free of charge. Starting July 1, 2024, the system will be available to passport holders from other countries.
-
How It Works:
-
Eligibility: The system will verify if you are eligible for an ETA-IL based on your country of origin.
-
Application: Complete a few basic questions.
-
Payment: Pay a fee of 25 NIS.
-
Response: You will receive a confirmation shortly.
-
Don't wait! Plan your trip to Israel and enjoy its rich history, vibrant culture, and breathtaking landscapes. The ETA-IL is your gateway to an unforgettable adventure.
